Consumer`s mobile devices: new marketing ally for retailers?

On Thursday the 23rd of April, the very first edition of The Digital Society took place at the Googleplex in Brussels. The main theme of this event was focused on how to create consumer & shopper value through digital.

 

Thibaut De Norre, director of The Cube, presented a study about the use of mobile devices and how far the consumer is ready to receive push messages on his smartphone/tablet while shopping. The particular aspect of the study remains in crossing earned media with opinion surveys (conducted by the company AQ Rate).
