Internal communications and employee involvement is under increasing pressure. Employees expect more transparent communication from their employer but at the same time have difficulties to cope with change. Any change, planned or unexpected, forces companies to act faster. But how do you successfully involve your employees in a change programme? Which internal communications strategy allows employees to positively engage with new challenges or impactful changes? In this workshop we’ll focus on how to involve and persuade employees of the impending change. The sole objective: build trust and increase engagement through strong internal communication.
This session will be hosted by Lauren Heeffer, a dynamic communications expert who recently concluded her executive MBA at Vlerick with a specialisation in employee engagement and change management.
During this workshop we’ll investigate the pitfalls of change management and the seven steps in accepting change. C² offers a hands-on roadmap for internal communication professionals and advisors, including tangible tips for persuasive communication during change.
