How can you adapt to your customers’ changing digital needs?

Belgian households are more digital and connected than ever. According to EY’s survey of 2.500 Belgian consumers, 53% now believe that the Internet is fundamental to their social lives and 47% think it is very important to their household in terms of working from home or running a business from home.

But as connected devices become more and more central in Belgian homes, worries about its impact also increase. Nearly half (45%) of Belgian households say that they’re seeking digital downtime and more than three quarters (77%) have major privacy concerns and are very cautious about disclosing personal information over the Internet, even when they’re using a site they know and trust.
