- Build epic relationships with media agencies, digital agencies and advertisers. You’ll be the go-to for generating business and raking in the revenue in an industry that never sleeps.

Responsibilities
- Market Channel Factory solution to media agencies, digital agencies and direct clients.
- Responsible for creating the sales strategy and executing it into growth opportunities and revenue together with the management team.
- Manage the day-to-day work with the account management team.
- Track market trends in video, SoMe and digital marketing.
- Lead the way and take ownership of agencies and partnerships.
- Finds new sales opportunities through networking and develops long term partnerships.
- Manages the entire sales cycle from prospecting a new client and presenting Channel Factory’s solutions and services to closing the deal.
- Provides actionable insights and solutions to agencies based on their video advertising goals and Channel Factory’s capabilities ; negotiates costs and terms to secure win-win partnerships.
- Educates agencies on why brand safety and brand suitability on YouTube are important and why Channel Factory’s technology is superior to other options.
- Forecasts, tracks and reports sales performance including budget, timelines, probability to close, etc.
- Collaborates with internal Channel Factory teams (Client Solutions, AdOps and international sales teams) to oversee proper execution of campaigns and ensure alignment with the clients’ campaign objectives
- Reporting to the Country Manager Belgium.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum 2-4 years of digital ad sales experience towards agencies or digital marketeer in agencies, sales houses or advertisers willing to move to AdTech.
- Strong agency and advertisers established relationships.
- Knowledge of Belgian media research, sales and negotiating principles.
- Ability to lead, collaborate and work autonomously in a fast-paced entrepreneurial team environment and in a start-up mode.
- Effective problem-solving skills. Specifically, the ability to assess clients’ needs and evaluate options, make decisions, draw conclusions and exercise judgment quickly.
- Possess understanding and ability to analyze clients’ business marketing objectives, brand or ROI goals, media buying cycles, metrics for success, etc.
- Excellent organizational, analytical and interpersonal skills as well as exceptional communication and presentation skills. Great networking capabilities.
- Hold a level of knowledge regarding the different systems, DV360, GAds, Salesforce and MS Office.
- Ability to execute a high number of pitches, meetings and follow-up conversations.
- Above all, possess the highest levels of professionalism, integrity and ethics.
- Willing to improve every day.
- Fluent in Dutch, French and English.
