Derni\u00e8rement, plusieurs plaintes ont \u00e9t\u00e9 enregistr\u00e9es concernant ce type de publicit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Les \u00ab\u00a0publicit\u00e9s natives\u00a0\u00bb sont des messages publicitaires dont la forme et le design sont en ad\u00e9quation avec le m\u00e9dia sur lequel ces contenus sont publi\u00e9s. Il est par exemple question d&rsquo;un publireportage qui est diffus\u00e9 dans un journal comportant \u00e9galement des informations ou des articles r\u00e9dactionnels. Les \u00ab\u00a0publicit\u00e9s natives\u00a0\u00bb sont \u00e9galement recens\u00e9es sur de nombreux sites web.<\/p>\n<p>Des dispositions g\u00e9n\u00e9rales existent d\u00e9j\u00e0 pour les annonceurs, notamment pour qu&rsquo;une communication commerciale soit clairement identifi\u00e9e comme telle. Dans un journal, les lecteurs doivent ainsi pouvoir faire une nette distinction entre un article et un reportage publicitaire.<\/p>\n<p>Concr\u00e8tement, le nouveau code r\u00e9pertorie les crit\u00e8res permettant de d\u00e9terminer s&rsquo;il s&rsquo;agit d&rsquo;une communication commerciale ou pas. En outre, il d\u00e9termine de mani\u00e8re d\u00e9taill\u00e9e l&rsquo;utilisation de marqueurs contribuant \u00e0 identifier instantan\u00e9ment le caract\u00e8re commercial d&rsquo;une communication.<\/p>\n<p>Le secteur souhaite contribuer \u00e0 la sensibilisation concernant les \u00ab\u00a0native advertising\u00a0\u00bb alors qu&rsquo;une hausse des plaintes s&rsquo;y rapportant est constat\u00e9e, indique Sandrine Sepul. \u00ab\u00a0On ne parle que de cinq \u00e0 dix plaintes par an, mais dans le pass\u00e9, il y en avait moins\u00a0\u00bb, souligne-t-elle.<\/p>\n<p>Bien qu&rsquo;il s&rsquo;agisse d&rsquo;une autor\u00e9gulation voulue par le secteur, les r\u00e8gles devront \u00eatre respect\u00e9es.
