En effet, le premier constant est interpellant : 71% des consommateurs en ont assez des marques qui pr\u00e9tendent vouloir aider la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 alors qu&rsquo;elles ne cherchent qu&rsquo;\u00e0 faire du profit. De plus, 78% des r\u00e9pondants attendent des marques qu\u2019elles soient totalement transparentes sur leurs engagements, mais seulement 28% des Belges pensent qu\u2019elles le sont r\u00e9ellement.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u00ab Cette approche d&rsquo;Havas permet de mesurer pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment les attentes des consommateurs \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9gard de chaque marque, mais surtout d\u2019identifier les \u00e9carts entre ces attentes et la perception de performance qu\u2019ont les consommateurs envers les marques. D\u00e8s lors, l&rsquo;\u00e9tude offre une lecture extr\u00eamement actionnable quant \u00e0 leur positionnement et les potentiels points d\u2019am\u00e9liorations pour combler l\u2019\u00e9cart entre attentes et performances. Concr\u00e9tement, l&rsquo;\u00e9mergence spectaculaire des moyens de paiement comme Bancontact, Payconiq et Mastercard red\u00e9finit la hi\u00e9rarchie des marques les plus meaningful en Belgique. Parall\u00e8lement, le secteur du divertissement \u00e9merge. Ces deux secteurs ayant prouv\u00e9 leur pertinence pendant les p\u00e9riodes de crise successives.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Bancontact<\/strong> se d\u00e9marque nettement comme le nouveau champion, surclassant toutes les autres marques de l&rsquo;\u00e9tude. Atteindre l&rsquo;excellence sur le plan fonctionnel est d\u00e9sormais le strict minimum requis. Les consommateurs expriment une pr\u00e9f\u00e9rence marqu\u00e9e pour des exp\u00e9riences personnelles, soulignant l&rsquo;\u00e9volution des attentes vers des interactions significatives.<\/p>\n<p>De plus, alors que de nombreuses marques s&rsquo;adaptent aux exigences collectives, les g\u00e9ants du num\u00e9rique r\u00e9sistent encore \u00e0 cet imp\u00e9ratif. En effet, ce sont les seules marques du top 10 \u00e0 ne pas rencontrer les attentes collectives tout en restant tout de m\u00eame au top du classement.
