Malgr\u00e9 cette hausse vertigineuse, Katrina Dodd rappelle qu\u2019il est important de faire revivre l\u2019exp\u00e9rience \u00e9prouv\u00e9e lorsque l\u2019on fait du <strong>shopping \u2018in-store\u2019<\/strong>. 81% des jeunes (14-24 ans) pr\u00e9f\u00e8rent faire du shopping dans les magasins pour trois raisons : la s\u00e9paration, la sensation d\u2019accomplissement et la socialisation. \u201c<em>Shopping is a social experience. Martin Lindstrom illustre cela au travers d\u2019un exemple de personnes qui ont appris une mauvaise nouvelle. Celles-ci ont re\u00e7u une contravention. La moiti\u00e9 d&rsquo;entre elle ont eu des r\u00e9actions empathiques, l&rsquo;autre moiti\u00e9 des r\u00e9actions sympathiques. Interrog\u00e9e sur son \u00ab\u00a0<strong>happiness level<\/strong>\u00ab\u00a0, la premi\u00e8re moiti\u00e9 a fait \u00e9tat d&rsquo;une augmentation de 10 % de leur bonheur apr\u00e8s l&rsquo;\u00e9v\u00e9nement, tandis que l&rsquo;autre moiti\u00e9 s&rsquo;est senti 10 % moins bien. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l&#8217;empathie, vous savez que vous n&rsquo;\u00eates pas seul.
