Michel Dupont a été promu Senior Vice President, Mobile Brand Licensing chez MTV Networks International. Dans sa nouvelle fonction, Dupont dirigera et développera, au niveau mondial, toutes les activités « international mobile brand licensing » de MTV International. Dupont a commencé chez MTV Networks Belgique en 2002, et avant cela, il était Development Manager chez de Vlaamse Media Maatschappij et RTV Director chez Carat. Ides Ticket, qui remplace Michel Dupont, prend la fonction de Country Manager MTV Networks Belgium. Il dirigera, à partir du 1er décembre, l`organisation belge. Ticket a commencé sa carrière comme Assistant Brand Manager chez Procter & Gamble et est passé plus tard chez The Coca-Cola Company, où il a été Marketing Manager Coca-Cola Belgium et Business Development Director Benelux.
