Mr. Marchant started his career as tax advisor, then worked for the IT company Olivetti, where he became vice president. After his departure he stayed in management, becoming a member of the board of directors of Bekaert, an engineering company, and of 9 Telecom. He joined Rossel in 2001 and has occupied the role of CEO for the last 20 years.
