BMMA invites you on the 26th of November to ‘Next Gen in Action’, a unique event that bridges generations and showcases the value of newcomers. Challenge your perspective and engage in meaningful exchanges between generations and areas of expertise.

In 2023, the BMMA identified a gap in young professional participation at business events, despite the sector being rich with young talent. To address this, they created Next Gen in Action, designed to provide young talents with opportunities for learning, networking and recognition.

Your participation in the evening event will allow you to get in touch with new ideas launched by young talent who will present their reflections built up during the entire day. And to sssist at the final presentations of the four groups and help the BMMA jury to announce the winning team.
