o Getting Started (analysis of available data – analysis of category review)
o The basics (why run promotions)
o Promo vehicles (explanation of the promo vehicles tracked by Nielsen and GfK, overview of couponing (Highco/myShopi))
o Evaluation mechanics (efficiently manage your promo strategy)
o Assessing the impact (how to asses baseline sales and incremental sales)
o Evaluation (evaluate the short term and long term impact of promotions)
o Retailer sell in (how to convince retailers of your promotion strategy)
Practical information:
Who: This first set of training courses is aimed at junior staff and middle management in the FMCG marketing and sales world, and will be given in English. The sessions start at 9:30 a.m. and end at around 5 p.m.
Fee: All training courses will be held in the office of Gondola in Elewijt. The registration fee is 590 euro per person per training (excl.VAT).
