The aim of the Retail Academy is to accommodate and facilitate the training needs of the Consumer Goods business. We are more than happy to listen to your training needs.
All modules are based on and build around a concrete case study and kept up to date:
Marketing Mix Training
o This training can only be followed if the promotion, pricing and new product launch trainings have been followed
o The learnings out of these 3 trainings will be put together and brought to a higher level
o Effectively manage your price & promo strategies (including the media impact)
Assess: the situation, brand health
Strategize: impact of price/promo changes
Execute: consumer groups, geographies, future promo’s
Evaluate: measure the impact, how did competition respond
Who: This first set of training courses is aimed at junior staff and middle management in the FMCG marketing and sales world, and will be given in English. The sessions start at 9:30 a.m. and end at around 5 p.m.
Fee: All training courses will be held in the office of Gondola in Elewijt. The registration fee is 590 euro per person per training (excl.VAT).
