Next Gen in Action is a unique event that bridges generations and showcases the value of newcomers. Challenge your perspective and engage in meaningful exchanges between generations and areas of expertise.

In 2023, BMMA identified a gap in young professional participation at business events, despite the sector being rich with young talent. To address this issue, we created Next Gen In Action, designed to provide young talents with opportunities for learning, networking and recognition.

Event Highlights:

• Interactive Brand Cases: Young talents will tackle real brand cases, attend expert workshops, and develop solutions with mentors, culminating in presentations before an audience.
• Final Presentations: Join us to watch the final presentations and help the BMMA jury announce the winning team.
• Unique Networking: Conclude the day with networking that blends generations and expertise, challenging our vision and creating new opportunities for young talent.

Time schedule for the evening:

• 5:45 PM – Doors open
• 6:00 PM – Kick-off with an expert keynote on digital marketing trends
• 7:00 PM – Presentation of four brand challenge cases by young talents
• 8:00 PM – Open discussion and Q&A session
• 8:15 PM – Networking drinks & informal exchanges
• 9:00 PM – End
