Proven flexibility to swiftly adapt the communication plan due to Covid-19

Annik Dirkx, Head of Communication at Lantis (Oosterweelverbinding), and her team were forced by the corona crisis to quickly and efficiently adapt the Lantis communication plan to inform all Antwerp citizens about the most important infrastructure work in the coming years.

The beginning of May was one of the most important moments in the history of Lantis: the organisation planned to introduce the request for the environment permit for all the infrastructure works.

Such a procedure demands a vast communication approach and Covid-19 made 90% of the planned activities impossible… Let’s hear how Lantis tackled that challenge.
